Chester is a big strong boy but gentle at heart. He is in foster care with another Boxer and has been great with him from the beginning but we are not sure how he would be with small dogs. Chester's foster carers are giving him some structure and training which has been limited in the past. He is eager to please and a quick learner. He is house trained and not at all destructive, and walking well on the lead although he is excited at the start of his walks. He sits on command, is learning to drop if dogs approach on walks and sits before crossing the road. Chester is not a barker but will let you know if someone is there. He is very quickly becoming a star and will be a wonderful family member. Chester needs an active family who will continue his training and welcome him as a loved part of the family.
